This Lot is part of the Janson X Project which aims to study the effect of controlled drying on the final cup quality. Here, the coffee was dried in the X Dark Rooms for 50 days with intermittent resting. This was, one of the tastiest coffees we had tried from the Janson Family over the past years and quickly shortlisted as Jaco’s Brewers Cup coffee for its complexity and round, juicy qualities..
