Panama, Altieri Farms, River Flow Natural Geisha Chombi 100426 [2026 Harvest]

from HK$220.00

Produced by the Altieri Family, the family wamrth is heavily felt throughout the farm, with each plot named after and dedicated to each grandchildren of Eugene Altieri - it’s founder.

Following our visit in February, we came to love the Chombi plot with their soft florality and gentler characters. It is located at 1800 meters above sea level in Mima Estate, growing alongside the forets of the Volcan Baru National Park.

This lot was harvested April 10, 2026, fairly late into the harvest. The ripe cherries was then transported to their facilities in Alto Lino the next morning, where it underwent flotation to separate low-density cherries. Then the cherries are placed in grainpro bags, and these are submerged in cold water from the river for 5 days to complete the fermentation process. The coffee then underwent a drying stage in the drying room at a constant temperature of 18 degrees Celsius and 50% humidity until it was ready.
