Quebraditas Coffee Farm is a family project owned by Edinson, focused on producing specialty coffees with differentiated and replicable sensory profiles thanks to their fermentation processes, including various yeast inoculations. Additionally, they employ agronomic management focused on soil care (strategic shading, use of organic matter, pH maintenance through amendments and lime) to enhance the cup quality from cultivation.
They own 2 coffee farms situated between 1600 and 1850 meters above sea level, within the central mountain range. Within it grows a variety of exotic coffee varietals including this, unique Marageisha is a hybrid of the elegant Geisha and the uniquely large shaped Maragogype.
This specific lot was fermented in open air for 24 hours before being depulped and fermented for 72 hours with yeast. It was then dried for 76 hours in a 30c environment.
